TOP SINGLES OF THE 00s (200-181)
This decade was crazy good for singles, especially mainstream pop. As the teen pop stars of the late 90s and early 00s matured, they started working with extremely talented songwriters and producers (or in some cases became talented in these fields themselves). Timbaland, The Neptunes, The-Dream, all these became pop stars in their own right after gaining noteriety through making other pop stars awesome. Even indie rockers got in on the act, making great radio-friendly crossover singles. No exaggeration guys, this might have been this best decade for singles since the 60s, if not ever. “Crazy” is near the BOTTOM of this list. That’s how good this decade was. And here we go:
