Gawker points out an utterly bizarre Drudge headline. A kid gets beat up on a bus. An unfortunate, but common occurence. However, since the kid was white and the kid beating him up was black, and since the crowd cheering him on (cheering crowds also common in school fights) was largely black, Drudge made this his site’s headline. Cops even say it probably wasn’t racially motivated. Is Drudge becoming some kind of white supremacist news service? Is he going to freak out any time an African-American commits a crime where a Caucasian is the victim?
