A lot of music snobs (such as myself) might get all up in arms about this, but I don’t think it’s a half-bad idea. I didn’t watch this season (or really any season) of American Idol, but I did see the last episode. Mostly sucked, but I was shocked at how spot-on-Freddie Adam was during “We Are the Champions,” to the point where I noted he could really work as a new front-man for the band. Queen could really use a young front-man with a voice and range similar to Freddie’s. It certainly would be better than Paul Rodgers.
